Thank you for visiting Rose On Politics, I am currently a Communications Coordinator for New York City Council Member Leroy Comrie and needless to say, all opinions on this site are my own.
After graduated from Muhlenberg College in 2008 with a degree in Political Science, I studied at Johns Hopkins University in Washington, DC where I received a Masters in Government.
I started this blog because I like politics, writing, and everything in between. While the experts say you should keep blog posts short and frequent, analysis and context is important so I add that to my posts as well.
Like all political observers though I do collect news and post what I find interesting or new on Twitter.
I grew up in New York City where I became a Yankees, Knicks, and Giants fan, but since I first interned for then City Council Member Ronnie Eldridge in high school, I knew politics was where I wanted to study and be involved in.
Readers Notice: I do have a liberal leaning philosophy. Supply side economics does not work and I am a fan of Woody Allen movies. I want this site to be informative, interesting, and I will try to be entertaining. Thanks for reading!
